Made from Cinsault (mostly), Grenache, Syrah, and Merlot grapes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 1 week. Bottled lightly fined and filtered.

    Double Gold Medal Winner – This wine is a blend of Cinsault (60%), Syrah (18%), Grenache (17%), and Merlot (5%) grapes.  It was produced from “free-run” juice following maceration for 2-3 hours and slow fermentation over a month in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aroma:  Strawberry, cranberry, cooked red fruit, green apple, watermelon, melon, burnt honey, floral, dried herbs, earthy, linen, crisp. Palate:  Raspberry, blackberry, sweet tart apricot, white stone fruit, watermelon, grapefruit, lemon, lime, citrus, white flowers, rose, herbaceous, sage, nice minerality, tangy, fresh. Finish:  Raspberry, fruity, citrus pith, oaky, dusty, earthy, soft, crisp, clean, well-made.
